Part-Time Behavioral Analyst - BCBA

Atlas Home Health•Santa Rosa, CA
•$60 - $70

About The Position

Atlas Home Health is launching an Intensive Behavioral Support program with North Bay Regional Center and is hiring a part-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join its behavioral team. The BCBA will work alongside the lead BCBA to provide clinical support, assess behavior, develop and oversee individualized support plans, and train and supervise the Behavior Technicians who implement those plans. The role supports children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings across the North Bay, including Napa, Solano, and Sonoma counties. The work may involve clients whose behaviors create risks to themselves or others, including aggression, self-injury, elopement, pica, and property destruction. The position includes home and community visits and may require responding to unpredictable situations. The BCBA will have support from Atlas’s Medical Director, lead BCBA, and care team, and can raise concerns when caseload, travel distance, or risk level becomes excessive. Restrictive or emergency practices must never be used for punishment, convenience, or to compensate for short staffing. The role combines office and field work, including computer and record review, driving between locations, and time on one’s feet in clients’ homes. Some administrative work may be done remotely when approved. The schedule is approximately 10–15 hours per week, with some additional availability when client safety or supervision needs require it.
