Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and works within a transdisciplinary team to provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians to develop individualized care plans and deliver integrated, patient-centered services. The position is based in The Woodlands, Texas, and surrounding areas, with a hybrid option and remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. BCBAs average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks; targets are 22 hours at BCBA levels III and IV. The BCBA has autonomy over scheduling case supervision. Cortica provides administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing, and offers opportunities to progress through BCBA levels I through IV. Compensation is listed as $90,000–$112,000, with productivity incentives and an additional monthly ABA caseload bonus of up to 10% of base salary. The role requires a master's degree in human services or a related field and current BCBA certification. A post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review are required.
