Cortica is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children receiving ABA treatment in Westchester, Illinois, and surrounding areas. The position offers a hybrid option, including remote flexibility for clinical and administrative work. Telehealth is used when the BCBA determines it is clinically effective for the client and behavior technician. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and works within a transdisciplinary team to provide strength-based, holistic care for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans, with a focus on quality and outcomes. Cortica provides administrative support for scheduling, billing, and credentialing. The position averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Productivity targets are reduced to 22 hours at BCBA levels III and IV. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, and can pursue advancement through BCBA levels I–IV.
