About The Position

Cortica is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee strength-based, holistic, neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences who receive ABA treatment. The BCBA leads behavior technicians and Assistant Supervisors and works as part of a transdisciplinary team to support children and families through individualized, collaborative care. This is a hybrid role, with up to 50% of work performed remotely. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA based on clinical effectiveness for the client. BCBAs average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. Additional billable hours may provide uncapped bonus potential. BCBAs have autonomy over when and where they supervise cases, while administrative teams support scheduling, billing, and credentialing. Advancement is available through BCBA levels I–IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and broader professional interests. Cortica uses a multidisciplinary model involving fields such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics. Clinicians collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to develop individualized care plans, with an emphasis on quality, integrated care and thoughtful clinical decision-making.
