Action Behavior Centers (ABC) provides evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to autistic children, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills. The BCBA works in-center in a full-time, permanent role, typically Monday through Friday during daytime hours. The average caseload is five to six children, with a maximum of eight. Some remote work is available: up to three days per month based on performance and center needs, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related days per year. The BCBA assesses children and works with families to set individualized, evidence-based goals, then delivers high-quality ABA treatment in a positive, child-centered environment. The role includes supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with families to track progress and celebrate growth, and participating in peer collaboration and professional development with ABC’s clinical leaders. Total compensation is listed as $80,000 to $117,000 per year, with additional earning potential based on center size, mentoring RBTs, and supervising assigned trainees. The compensation package may include base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Senior BCBA. The role also offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on location and start date, relocation packages, and other benefits and development support.
