The BCBA works with families to track progress and celebrate growth, and participates in peer collaboration and professional development guided by ABC’s clinical leaders. Compensation is listed as total compensation of $84,500 to $119,000 per year, with additional earning potential tied to center size, RBT mentorship, and trainee supervision. ABC describes a career progression from BCBA to Senior BCBA and clinical leadership roles.
