Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide evidence-based, play-focused therapy in a supportive environment. The role includes developing clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate children’s growth. BCBAs support caseloads of up to eight children. The position offers a compensation package of $84,000 to $117,670 annually, including base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility based on role and promotion. Additional compensation opportunities include uncapped monthly performance bonuses, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on start date and location, mentorship and certification bonuses, and relocation packages. The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Work-from-home benefits include up to three days per month and up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year. The posting describes almost 30 days off in the first year, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
