About The Position

The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will serve as a key clinical leader within a close-knit, values-driven ABA practice where client outcomes and quality care always come first. Requirements

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, FBAs, BIPs, and treatment development
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in home and community-based settings as needed

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBT schedules and supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing reassessments to monitor client progress and guide treatment decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans (ITPs) based on clinical data and client needs.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of ABA strategies across home and community settings.
  • Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for clients presenting with challenging behaviors, including crisis management and de-escalation strategies.
  • Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure measurable progress toward goals.
  • Provide supervision, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity and professional growth.
  • Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and team members to ensure alignment of treatment goals and service delivery.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings to review client progress, problem-solve challenges, and improve outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Support consistent service delivery through effective coordination and supervision.
  • Ensure all services align with ethical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and best practices in ABA.
