Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. Above and Beyond Therapy offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, utilizing innovative treatment techniques to enhance social, behavioral, and adaptive skills. Services are delivered in homes, schools, and centers. This specific role is for a Georgia-based BCBA with experience in initial assessments, functioning as a full-time clinical assessor. The position is hybrid, with some assessments conducted remotely and others requiring in-person presence in the greater Atlanta area.

Requirements

Valid BCBA Certificate
Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Vehicle required for travel between assignments
Valid driver's license
BCBA (Required)

Responsibilities

Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Design treatment plans of care
Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
