About The Position

Treetop ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support its expansion in Maryland. The role uses a hybrid service model and offers clinical and operational support alongside independence and autonomy. The BCBA will deliver client-centered, outcome-based ABA care and help shape the organization’s growth in a new market.

The position includes developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, assessing clients and monitoring progress, supervising and supporting RBTs, partnering with families, and completing documentation in accordance with ethical, payer, and clinical standards. Services are provided in a combination of in-home and remote settings.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA.
• Experience providing ABA services in in-home or hybrid environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• A client-centered, outcome-based approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and monitor client progress toward goals.
• Supervise, coach, and support RBTs.
• Partner with families to promote generalization and consistency.
• Complete documentation and uphold ethical, payer, and clinical standards.
