At Cortica, Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic, and neurodiversity-affirming approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The BCBA oversees clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and leads behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors as part of a transdisciplinary team. The role averages 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks. BCBAs may earn additional uncapped bonuses by increasing billable hours. Advancement opportunities include BCBA levels I through IV; productivity targets at levels III and IV are reduced to 22 hours to support leadership development and other professional interests. The BCBA has autonomy over when and where to supervise cases. Scheduling, billing, and credentialing support is provided by a dedicated administrative team. This is a flexible hybrid role, with up to 50% of work performed remotely. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when clinically effective for the client and BT. The position offers predictable work hours and professional development support.
