Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About The Position
Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The center emphasizes clinical quality and uses neuro-affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care. The position offers realistic caseloads, consistent schedules without nights or weekends, flexible scheduling that can include work-from-home days, and collaboration with dually certified SLP-BCBAs. The team also provides behavior treatment collaboration sessions, a strong RBT training program, and centers designed for naturalistic teaching.
Requirements
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians.
Nice To Haves
- Indiana LBA preferred, or must be eligible to obtain state licensure.
