Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior support plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and staff
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable providing services in home settings
Nice To Haves
- Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians
- Familiarity with insurance-based ABA service delivery
- Experience working with young children with ASD and related diagnoses
Responsibilities
- Oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas, partnering closely with families and the behavior technicians you supervise.
- Developing and updating individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
- Conducting assessments and translating results into meaningful clinical goals.
- Providing hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting.
- Collaborating with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence.
- Ensuring clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
