In-Home RBT (Ft. Worth)
About The Position
Affirmative Parenting Solutions is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves consistent one-to-one work with a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the child’s home, implementing programs developed by a supervising BCBA. Sessions focus on communication, play, social skills, and daily living. The technician collects data, tracks progress, collaborates with the BCBA and family to support carryover of skills into everyday life, and completes clear, professional session documentation. The position offers weekday morning or evening shifts, with optional weekend hours. The company describes regular clinical coaching and support, consistent work with one client, pay from day one including internship positions, and opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Comfort working in a family’s home.
- Active RBT certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children with autism or developmental differences.
- Familiarity with ABA strategies and data collection.
