About The Position

The 2027 BNY Analyst Program – People, Engagement, and Impact focuses on powering business growth by creating an environment that inspires individuals to join the company, empowers them to develop, and motivates them to stay. This program drives commercial results through integrated talent, leadership, and employee-experience solutions. By partnering with the business to attract, develop, and retain top talent, the program fosters a culture where people and performance thrive together. Analysts will support People, Engagement and Impact priorities by contributing to initiatives across people governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact. Key areas of focus include analyzing and improving onboarding, internal mobility, and broader employee experiences; supporting pilots of generative AI tools; building or refining dashboards for key metrics; contributing to initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects; running pulse surveys and feedback exercises; creating toolkits and communications for change initiatives; and conducting research on future skills and external trends.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
  • Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

  • Support People, Engagement and Impact priorities by contributing to initiatives across people governance, employee relations, public policy, government affairs, regulatory relations, philanthropy, and community impact.
  • Analyze and improve onboarding, internal mobility, and broader employee experiences using employee feedback, digital tools, and people insights.
  • Support pilots of generative AI tools that enhance People and Corporate Affairs operations, such as drafting knowledge articles, streamlining communications, or powering internal help bots.
  • Build or refine dashboards that track key people and Corporate Affairs metrics—such as engagement trends, exit patterns, learning participation, employee relations themes, or community impact measures.
  • Contribute to initiatives that match employees to open roles or projects based on skills, interests, and business needs, helping strengthen workforce agility and career growth.
  • Help run pulse surveys, focus groups, or feedback exercises and synthesize insights to inform people strategies, governance decisions, and employee-related priorities.
  • Create toolkits, communications, and digital materials that help employees navigate change confidently and support broader Corporate Affairs messaging and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform evolving skills frameworks, workforce strategy, and broader Corporate Affairs priorities, including policy and regulatory developments.
