About The Position

Holman is hiring a BMW Technician for its busy BMW of Fort Lauderdale dealership. The technician services and repairs vehicles assigned by the Service Manager, following dealership and factory standards. The role requires diagnosing vehicle malfunctions, completing repairs, keeping current with automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials, maintaining a clean shop and accounting for dealership tools, and road-testing vehicles to verify repair quality. The technician must adapt to changing automotive and diagnostic technologies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of dealer-level or large-facility experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.

Nice To Haves

• BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.
• UTI Fast Track graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform work assigned on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Maintain current knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.
• Keep the shop area neat and clean and account for dealership tools at all times.
• Road-test vehicles to verify the quality of repairs.
• Adapt to changing technologies in the automotive industry and diagnostics.
