About The Position

The BMW Service Valet supports the Service Team in delivering a high level of hospitality and a positive guest experience. This active, guest-facing role involves welcoming and directing guests, moving vehicles, preparing serviced vehicles for delivery, and picking up and returning customer vehicles. The role is based at 1190 Plum Valley Ln, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. The posted pay range is $17.00–$20.00 per hour. The application window is expected to close November 15, 2026.

Requirements

Clean driving record or minimal violations.
Valid driver's license.
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct guests to the reception area or introduce them to the appropriate departmental Manager or Advisor.
Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed.
Prepare customer vehicles for delivery following service.
Pick up and return customer vehicles from their home or office for service.
Clean driveways and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
