Requirements

Engineering and mechanical experience.
Automobile industry experience and ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

Greet clients, perform vehicle inspections, and recommend repair orders.
Consult technicians about needed repairs and present clients with repair options to maintain vehicles according to OEM recommendations.
Answer client questions about service outcomes and consult technicians when necessary.
Present clients with insurance and warranty options for coverage and potential savings.
Oversee and manage the service center’s scheduling and workflow.
Inform clients of changes in service and when their vehicles are ready for pickup.
