About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Department Valet to help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. The role manages vehicle flow, assists with service check-ins, and maintains a clean and organized service drive.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist service advisors with customer check-in and check-out processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized service drive, including sweeping, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Install protective coverings, such as seat covers and floor mats, in customer vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Assist with moving vehicles within the service department and parking lot.
• Provide clear and accurate directions to customers.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
