As a BMW Genius, you will help create an exceptional ownership experience by making BMW’s advanced features and technology easy for customers to understand and enjoy. From supporting vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to assisting guests with technology questions on the service drive, you will serve as a trusted product expert throughout the customer’s ownership journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, connecting with people, and helping customers get the most from their BMW.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technology in a simple, patient, and engaging way.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing a premium guest experience.
Professional, polished, approachable, and comfortable working directly with customers.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet applicable dealership and manufacturer requirements.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide a personalized, premium BMW ownership experience.
Educate customers on BMW technology, vehicle features, controls, connectivity, and driver-assistance systems.
Conduct vehicle deliveries and Encore Delivery appointments to reinforce the customer’s buying decision and help them get the most from their BMW.
Support customers after delivery by answering product questions and providing hands-on technology assistance.
Assist guests on the service drive with vehicle features and technology, adding value to the service experience and strengthening customer confidence in their vehicle.
Stay current on BMW models, features, technology, and product updates.
Partner with Sales, Service, and other dealership teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
