About The Position

TruTeam is hiring installers to install company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role includes preparing for daily jobs, inspecting vehicles and job sites, handling and staging materials, and reporting safety, customer, or quality concerns. It also involves warehouse-related duties and other assigned tasks. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring daily travel to job sites, with local travel and out-of-town travel as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Have good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders and manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or responsibilities.
