About The Position
The Blackjack Dealer Training Program is an unpaid training class offered by Northern Quest Resort & Casino's Table Games team. Participants learn to deal tabletop games, including Blackjack and Spanish 21, in a fast-paced casino environment. The class is described as a fun setting for learning the skills needed to become a successful table games dealer. A job offer is guaranteed upon successful completion of the class. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma.
- Applicants and employees are subject to drug testing at hire and at unannounced times during employment.
- Candidates and employees may be subject to a background investigation.
Responsibilities
