Black Belt Performance Improvement Analyst - Portsmouth VA
About The Position
We are seeking a Black Belt Navy Performance Improvement Analyst for a prospective full-time position in Portsmouth, VA. This role requires a deep understanding of performance improvement methodologies and experience within the government sector, preferably the US Navy. The analyst will be responsible for developing, managing, and documenting the SPIDR system, application, and data requirements, as well as managing activities related to requirement gathering, project initiation, tracking, and IT standards maintenance. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration in both technical and business discussions.
Requirements
- Experience in all elements of ASQ BB Book of Knowledge (BOK) or equivalent industry recognized quality organization (i.e., NCQA and others).
- Minimum of three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy).
- Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
- Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate.
