About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Improvement Sciences Specialist in Falls Church, VA. The role involves developing, managing, and documenting requirements for the SPIDR system, application, and data. The successful candidate will manage activities related to requirement gathering, project initiation, project tracking, and maintaining IT standards. Strong communication skills are essential for effective discussions on both technical and business requirements.

Requirements

Strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management).
Minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy).
Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
Strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

Nice To Haves

Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Responsibilities
