About The Position

We are seeking an Improvement Sciences Specialist for a full-time position in San Antonio, TX. This role involves analyzing and improving performance within the government sector, with a preference for experience with the US Navy. The specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and documenting system requirements, gathering project information, tracking projects, and maintaining IT standards. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong understanding of improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA/PDCA, Change Management).
Minimum of six years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a government sector (preferably the US Navy).
Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance.
Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.
Strong communication skills for technical and business requirement discussions.

Nice To Haves

Black Belt or PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred in Healthcare.

Responsibilities
