About The Position

Bistro Servers, referred to in the posting as Guest Service Experts, create memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. They provide a range of guest services, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and cleaning work areas and supplies. They are expected to make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.

The role requires following company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, contributing to a safe workplace, and keeping uniform, personal appearance, and communications professional. Other reasonable job duties may be assigned as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is listed as a preferred qualification.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No supervisory experience is listed as a preferred qualification.
• No license or certification is required.
