The BIP Facilitator will be responsible for conducting client intakes, screenings, and assessments, as well as preparing and facilitating classes for a batterer's intervention group. This role involves writing service notes after each session, preparing reports for courts, DHS, attorneys, and referral agents, and informing victims about the aggressor's program participation. The facilitator will also make appropriate referrals for substance abuse, counseling, and anger management, and maintain client records according to title 75 standards. Collaboration with local domestic violence and sexual assault programs for victim safety is also a key responsibility.
