About The Position

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is hiring a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on large, complex construction projects, initially focused on a major data center initiative. The role combines technical leadership and project coordination: managing models and coordination efforts while working with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and other external partners. The coordinator will also help build Mi-Tech’s long-term BIM capabilities by developing standards, mentoring staff, and supporting the transition to fully in-house BIM execution. The initial assignment is on-site for 2–6 months. Current project locations include the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro; St. Louis, Missouri metro; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metro. The role expects at least four days per week on-site, with periodic weekend travel home. A long-term home base is ideally at a Michels/Mi-Tech facility, with flexibility for senior candidates. The work combines office activity, coordination meetings, and active construction project environments, alongside collaboration with distributed teams in Washington, Utah, Illinois, New York, and Oklahoma. Travel and project-based assignments are required. Mi-Tech is part of the Michels Family of Companies and provides engineering, design, and construction support for utility and infrastructure projects. The company highlights the role’s opportunity to lead BIM capabilities at scale, work on critical infrastructure, and contribute to complex construction projects. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and invests in employee training.
