About The Position

Mi-Tech Services, Inc. is hiring a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM/VDC execution on large, complex construction projects, initially focusing on a major data center initiative. The role combines technical leadership and project coordination: managing models, driving coordination, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The coordinator will also help build Mi-Tech’s long-term BIM capabilities by developing standards, mentoring team members, and supporting the transition to fully in-house BIM execution. The position requires a proactive leader who can balance technical expertise with team leadership in a fast-paced environment. The initial project startup assignment is on-site for 2–6 months. Current project locations include the Milwaukee, Wisconsin metro; St. Louis, Missouri metro; and Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metro. The role expects at least four days per week on-site, with periodic weekend travel home, and requires travel for project-based assignments. The long-term home base is ideally a Michels/Mi-Tech facility, with flexibility for senior candidates. Work involves collaboration with distributed teams and a combination of office work, coordination meetings, and active construction project environments.
