About The Position

Diaz Anselmo & Associates P.A. is seeking a full-time, on-site Legal Billing Specialist to manage the billing process, invoice clients, and ensure accurate and timely client billing. The role involves communicating with clients and internal teams and assisting with accounting tasks related to billing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Proficiency in billing processes, invoicing, and client billing.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting tasks related to billing and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in billing processes.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Relevant experience in a similar role in the legal industry.
• Ability to write professional emails.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
