Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues raised by customers, internal stakeholders, or third-party vendors.
• Reconcile customer accounts to ensure billing records are accurate and complete.
• Maintain accurate billing records and update customer information in the billing system.
• Respond to billing inquiries, clarify billing details, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
