About The Position

The purpose of this role is to provide operational support for leadership team. Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives. Support operational reporting, project management, and cross-training across department to ensure successful implementation of billing project objectives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Some relevant work experience.
  • Methodical, logical and rational approach to problem solving.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of project plans to ensure these include operational considerations for delivery.
  • Act as a consultant to key internal stakeholders on various matters such as metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting and issues/impacts downstream.
  • Improve team systems and communication tools to ensure ease of use, data integrity and seamless self-service access.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing exceptional customer service, sharing knowledge and expertise, promoting organizational growth and guiding on best practices.
  • Proactively gather feedback from end users, document processes and oversee system upgrades to monitor effectiveness and achievement of key stakeholder initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to the users to maximize value and usability.
  • Point of contact for key systems; responsible for user acceptance testing, validating systems ongoing functionality, troubleshooting, problem solving and formulating solutions for basic to complex issues.
  • Assist with gathering enhancement requirements, fielding questions by developers, testing and documenting changes.
  • Address questions when managers are unavailable as a department subject matter expert regarding policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the preparation and implementation of operational team plans to ensure key issues are considered.
