About The Position

A small-town hospital in Northeastern Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent Billing Manager. The position may be hybrid or remote, but the employee must be a permanent Minnesota resident. The Billing Manager reports directly to the Revenue-Cycle Director and oversees the day-to-day operations of the hospital's Business Office team. The role is responsible for ensuring precise billing and compliance, and serves as a direct liaison with clinical and other operational leaders.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Finance, Health Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of hospital billing experience.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience within a healthcare facility's billing department.
• Must be a permanent resident of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the hospital's Business Office team.
• Ensure precise billing and compliance.
• Serve as a direct liaison with clinical and other operational leaders.
