Seeking a multifaceted candidate who will work on billing and accounting matters, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and consumer communications. The role is responsible for managing recurring client billing, handling incoming client and borrower inquiries related to their loans, preparing financial quotes in response to those inquiries, and communicating directly with lenders to resolve questions. The position also provides broader operational support to the business unit for these processes. This role supports the accounting team, however the position will also require regular coordination with multiple internal departments and teams. We seek a highly capable and motivated individual who is prepared to contribute to a growing and evolving organization. This is a full-time, in-office position in Downtown Long Beach, CA, with standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
