Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
2 years medical or general billing experience
Strong organizational, clerical, and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Computer literacy: Microsoft Windows and Excel required
Ability to work additional hours as needed

Nice To Haves

1 year payroll or timekeeping experience preferred
experience with scheduling or billing software preferred

Responsibilities

Posting payments
Managing accounts receivable
Invoicing
Preparing collections
Insurance authorizations
Resolving billing inquiries
Assisting with client intake
Scheduling staff for service requests
Coordinating ongoing care with families and staff
Payroll processing including verifying schedules, data entry, and ensuring accurate and timely workflow
