About The Position

Corrpro Canada is looking for a Temporary Billing Analyst to join their team. Corrpro Canada is a leader in corrosion control, providing technology-driven solutions. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoices, analyzing billing data, resolving discrepancies, and supporting revenue processes. This role involves collaboration with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure billing accuracy and improve efficiency in the order-to-cash cycle. This is a 6-month term opportunity with the potential for extension or transition to a permanent role.

Requirements

High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent required.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in billing and accounts receivable.
Experience with Business Central or similar ERP system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Compile billing documentation, time tickets, expense reports, and supporting materials for accurate client invoicing.
Process timely invoices in the Business Central ERP system, ensuring accuracy regarding contracts, payment terms, billing rates, and client requirements.
Investigate and resolve billing variances or errors.
Support accurate project opening in the ERP system, verifying documentation for data entry.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, generating unique document numbers for deliverables.
Provide support to Operations, management, and field staff as needed.
Follow all safety and quality processes, including hazard identification and ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
