About The Position

ORW | 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) is seeking a Bilingual Wholesale & Export Sales Representative fluent in English and Spanish to develop new business relationships with domestic wholesale customers and international accounts. This field-based sales position focuses on generating business through regular visits to dealerships, distributors, and wholesale customers, supported by phone and email outreach. The primary sales territory is South Florida and the Latin American market, with an emphasis on developing wholesale, distributor, dealer, and export accounts throughout the region. The representative presents products, prepares quotes, negotiates sales within approved guidelines, follows up on sales opportunities, and coordinates with internal teams to support a positive customer experience. Regular travel and in-person customer visits are essential. ORW | 4WP specializes in aftermarket parts and accessories for trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs, including wheels, tires, suspension systems, lighting, and performance upgrades.

Requirements

Experience in wholesale, distribution, business-to-business sales, or business development.
Fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to communicate with customers by phone and email in both languages.
Demonstrated ability to prospect for new customers, follow up on opportunities, and close sales.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving eligibility requirements.
Strong phone, email, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand product specifications and explain product options clearly.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when preparing quotes and coordinating orders.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer relationship or order-management systems.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory to visit dealerships, distributors, and wholesale customers.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts, off-road products, trucks, Jeeps, or SUVs.
Experience working with international customers or export orders.

Responsibilities

Regularly visit dealerships, distributors, and wholesale customers throughout the assigned territory to solicit new business, build relationships, and obtain customer orders.
Conduct in-person sales meetings and product presentations to identify customer needs, recommend products, and generate sales.
Develop new domestic wholesale and international export accounts through field sales activities, prospecting, and relationship management.
Identify and research prospective dealers, distributors, and business customers in domestic and international markets.
Prepare quotes, communicate pricing and product availability, and negotiate sales within approved guidelines.
Recommend off-road parts and truck accessories based on customer needs, vehicle applications, and market demand.
Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams on order processing, shipping, export documentation, and delivery requirements.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and prospective business opportunities in company systems.
Meet established sales and new-account development goals.
Stay current on off-road products, truck accessories, promotions, and industry trends.
Represent ORW | 4WP professionally during customer visits and industry events as needed.
