About The Position

This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with 20% travel throughout Ohio. The role focuses on industrial staffing and sourcing, aiming to change lives by connecting great people with job opportunities. The recruiter will use creative thinking, marketing skills, and interviewing techniques to attract candidates, build talent pipelines, and fill positions in order to impact order fulfillment. Responsibilities include conducting drug screens, background checks, and I-9 verifications for new hires.

Requirements

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) encouraged to apply
• Able to travel in designated area
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with MS Office
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
