Bensenville - Bilingual Staffing Coordinator
About The Position
At Verstela, the Bilingual Staffing Coordinator helps manage high-volume accounts, fulfill client orders, and solve problems. The role involves substantial phone communication to build relationships with clients and candidates, as well as effective email communication. It requires communicating about difficult situations and delivering tough news with kindness and empathy in both English and Spanish. The coordinator interviews and onboards candidates, matches candidates to suitable jobs based on their qualifications and preferences, and conducts reference and background checks. The position is onsite in Bensenville, Illinois, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Pay is $20–$26 per hour, with monthly bonus opportunities. Training is provided, and the company offers manager check-ins and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience in a customer service or sales setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Reliable transportation to visit client sites regularly.
