About The Position
The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant helps customers identify their needs and discover how AT&T products can meet them. The role requires a competitive spirit and a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals while providing prompt, courteous customer service. Consultants stay current on data and entertainment technology and devices, educate and engage customers through product demonstrations, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. The position is based at the AT&T retail location at 6833 Pacific Blvd, Huntington Park, California. It is a regular position with 40 weekly hours. Hourly pay is $20.825–$21.7125, plus commissions; the posting states that employees who meet all sales goals can earn $13,700 or more in commissions, and top sellers who exceed goals can earn $62,460 per year. Individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
