About The Position
AT&T is hiring a bilingual Spanish and English Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find products and services that meet their needs. The role uses a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, build meaningful customer connections, meet sales targets, and earn commission through sales of AT&T products and services. Additional starting pay may be available for bilingual employees. The position includes working on the sales floor, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The role is in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and openness to change help employees keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. Training, tools, and coaching are provided for employees without prior sales experience. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available two weeks in advance. The stated earnings range is $44,000 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range is dependent on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
