Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
AT&T is seeking a Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role involves helping customers choose from AT&T’s devices, products, and services, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. Bilingual employees may receive additional starting pay. The position is based at 819 W Esplanade Ave in Kenner, Louisiana, and operates in a fast-paced retail environment. The schedule falls between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. and includes weekends; seniority-based monthly schedules are provided two weeks in advance. Weekly hours are 40. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training and coaching are provided for those without sales experience. Earnings are listed as $43,300 to $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers; individual starting pay may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training, and the range depends on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
