Bilingual School Student Enrollment Specialist
About The Position
BridgePrep Academy is seeking a Bilingual School Student Enrollment Specialist to welcome and support families exploring the school. The position connects with local families, represents the campus at community events, hosts school tours, and guides prospective students and their families through the enrollment process. The role combines family engagement, community outreach, enrollment follow-up, administrative recordkeeping, and capturing photos and videos at school events for campus social media and newsletters. The specialist receives direct support and training from the Director of Recruitment. The position is based at BridgePrep Academy Village Green in Miami, Florida, and is for the 2026–2027 school year.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, front office support, or community outreach.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a welcoming, confident approach in person and on the phone.
- Comfort using basic databases, email, and mobile apps.
- Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Care Provider background screening.
Responsibilities
- Host campus tours, welcome visiting families, and lead virtual and in-person open house sessions.
- Represent BridgePrep Academy at local community events, daycares, and family fairs to introduce its programs to local neighborhoods.
- Follow up with prospective families by phone, email, and text to assist with registration paperwork and answer questions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date student application records and contact lists in the enrollment portal.
- Capture photos and videos during school events for campus social media and newsletters.
