About The Position

Requirements

Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, front office support, or community outreach.
Strong verbal communication skills and a welcoming, confident approach in person and on the phone.
Comfort using basic databases, email, and mobile apps.
Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Care Provider background screening.

Responsibilities

Host campus tours, welcome visiting families, and lead virtual and in-person open house sessions.
Represent BridgePrep at local community events, daycares, and family fairs to introduce school programs to local neighborhoods.
Follow up with prospective families by phone, email, and text to help with registration paperwork and answer questions.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date student application records and contact lists in the enrollment portal.
Capture photos and videos during school events for campus social media and newsletters.
