Bilingual Sales Associate
About The Position
ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, and sales-oriented individuals to serve customers and support store operations. Associates earn hourly pay plus bonus incentives and may be eligible for a $1,500 signing bonus: $500 after 45 days upon successful completion of the New Hire Curriculum, and $1,000 after 120 days upon successful completion of 90 days of employment. Employees must be in good standing and on active status to receive payment. Sales Associates help customers identify their needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services. They provide attentive, empathetic customer service, build trust and lasting relationships, and handle services that may vary by store, including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires the ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws. Spanish proficiency is welcomed, and the posting notes that it is preferred in most markets.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers’ challenges.
- Ability to understand ACE’s financial products and services.
- Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
- Ability to meet the described physical demands, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.
- Spanish proficiency is welcomed and preferred in most markets.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
