About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to provide customer service and sell financial products and services. Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonus incentives. Spanish proficiency is preferred and welcomed in most markets. Associates work independently while taking accountability for overall store performance, building trust with customers through active listening, effective communication, and empathy. Services handled may vary by store and include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Travel is primarily local and may include visiting more than one store in a day when necessary. The role requires working in a confined area for 10–12 hours, subject to state labor laws. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; two or more years of retail experience is beneficial.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to work independently and embrace accountability for store performance.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, subject to state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, communicate verbally, and actively listen.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• May occasionally need to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves
