About The Position

ACE Cash Express is seeking energetic, personable, sales-oriented Sales Associates to serve customers and support store operations. The role combines hourly pay with bonus incentives. Sales Associates learn about customers’ needs and recommend suitable ACE products and services, build trust through empathetic communication, and provide exceptional customer service. Depending on the store, services may include cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services. Accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines are essential. Associates are expected to work independently, take accountability for overall store performance, and understand ACE’s financial products and services. Spanish proficiency is preferred in most markets. Travel is primarily local and may involve visiting more than one store in a day when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and empathize with customers.
• Ability to understand ACE’s financial products and services.
• Ability to work 10–12 hours in a confined work area, contingent on state-specific labor laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to sit, walk, reach, stoop, bend, and engage in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to see clearly at close and distant ranges and adjust focus as needed.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of retail experience.
• Spanish proficiency, preferred in most markets.
