About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers in its retail stores. The role provides customer-focused sales assistance by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Mobilelink provides training and tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. These activities support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Employees will receive reasonable notice, and participation is a condition of employment. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping with setup or breakdown. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, availability for at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and flexibility to work at multiple district locations as needed. The job involves standing for long periods and may require lifting up to 10 pounds, bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory and stocking.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Able to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Must live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Able to lift up to 10 pounds and bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Able to stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through to completion, and solve problems under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
Strong social media presence preferred.
