About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate. The role serves customers by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. Mobilelink provides training and tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. These events support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Employees will receive reasonable notice, and participation is a condition of employment. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping with setup or breakdown.

Requirements

Fluency in at least two languages; this position specifically requires English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the store.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, stretch, and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through to completion, and solve problems under pressure.
