About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find wireless solutions that suit their needs. The role offers training, tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. The position is based at the Port Lavaca, Texas store, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within the district as needed. Employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. These events are considered part of the role and a condition of employment. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events. Activities can include engaging with customers, representing Cricket products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events.

Requirements

Be fluent in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
Have clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Demonstrate commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity.
Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Be able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Have reliable transportation to the store.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
Be able to operate a personal computer.
Follow the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Be able to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through completion, and solve problems under pressure.
